2. Website hosting and server logs

This static website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data may be processed in server logs, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser information and operating system. Processing is necessary to securely and reliably deliver the website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are secure hosting, fault diagnosis and protection against misuse.

Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected using an applicable adequacy mechanism or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Further information is available in Netlify’s privacy documentation.

3. Email contact

If you contact L4Gym by email, the information you send is processed to answer your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate business correspondence. Messages are retained only as long as required for the enquiry, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

4. Cookies, analytics and forms

This public website does not currently provide user accounts, a contact form, advertising tracking or audience analytics. L4Gym does not intentionally set non-essential cookies through the website. A visitor’s browser or the hosting provider may still perform technically necessary processing.

5. Recipients

Personal data is shared only where necessary with hosting, email and technical service providers, or where required by law. No personal data is sold.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn for the future. Contact jamie@l4gym.com to exercise these rights.

7. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
